Biography
Lillie Lemon does her part to help make the musical world go round with an inventive and emotionally honest approach to her indie rock/folk sound. Experience the voice and sound adored by "Lemonheads" everywhere. Spontaneous dancing is known to occur.
Born in California, but having lived everywhere else, Lillie picked up a guitar in May of 2007. She hasn't put it down since, proving herself to be a prodigious and talented singer/songwriter. In July 2008 she connected with guitarist/producer Dave Durian. Dave has been playing guitar since 1984 and was never taught to sit still. After driving across the U.S. - twice - Dave began to write a book and gather up photography from all around the country. His desire for the strange and beautiful led him to date Lillie's older sister. Although the relationship didn't pan out, Lillie and Dave became jam partners and started playing at the Weather Center Cafe in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
After only a few months, Lillie started recording tracks for what would eventually become "Nobody to Thank."
