Loop And Scissor are a two man team comprised of label owner, acclaimed producer and composer, Mark Sandstorm (aka SANDSTORM), and Dj legend, Adam Mejia (aka JIGS) from San Francisco, California. Both of these amazingly talented producer / programmers have an extensive knowledge of electronic music history and production.
