Biography
Jason Stephenson is meditation coach from Australia. He has a rocky past. During his youth, the free spirit went through a rough patch involving anxiety and panic attacks. In fact, messing with the wrong crowd, he did drugs and went off the rails before deciding to give back.
Now, Stephenson, 50, is the chief executive of the popular meditation hub Relax Me Online Australia. On the key skills required, he says: "I would definitely say speaking clearly." Clarity is vital because his audience is international. His background in acting training and speech lessons eventually paid off, he says, adding that when he began recording guided meditation sessions though, the process was trial and error.
