Vocals on first album were awful, but vocals on the 2nd album "Two Too" are awesome! Big shock.

The vocals are sooooooooooo horrible! Really shameful stuff. But some of the instrumental parts are raw and hot and righteous!

I wanted to download the Mussorgsky Suite, but by mistake I got "Night on Bald Mountain" by this band! What a luck for a prog fan, this is great!

I was introduced to this band at ProgDay 2008, where a vendor was giving away free Fireballet t-shirts. I became curious, and eventually found a copy of 'Night on Bald Mountain'. This is some great symphonic prog. It is mostly in the vein of early Yes and Genesis, although Vandergraaf Generator pops up here and there (especially in the vocals). Any and all fans of vintage prog are hereby ordered to check out the might and majesty of Fireballet!

i love fireballet no matter what the critics say ,this band on fire especially the first album. the guitar work was amazing not to mention the drumming .they payed homage to thier influences with some semi quaotes . they also did a version of a musorgsky piece . no i think this band deserves more credit . if quoting the masters is a crime then the nice and elp were just as guilty .i can't wait for those albums to show up on cd . and i know they are back and ready to tour . i got that from info from one of the members and i wont say who . if ian mcdonald of king crimson could play some of his best work on this bands first album and the drummer could later run the company whoes studio had none other than synergy peter gabrial and king crimson , then they are no joke .

frank petto thought their band was on the same level as yes. uh, no, they were not. heavy airpay on wnew-fm in new york city couldn't help them. if you can't make it in new york, you can't make it any where!! a bunch of jersey boys with fake british accents. rick wakeman wanna-be member. phoneys!! quite honestly, they sucked!! they wanted to be like yes, but never took that straight and forward course. what a joke!! what shoe store in the woodbridge mall is frank petto working at these days?
