After the success of "Roadtrip," Dream released another song in May of 2021, produced by Perish Beats and Banrisk. The song opens up on how he has hidden his personal struggles with ADHD and depression away from rapidly growing public attention. The background of the song involves his struggles with not responding well to medication, shown in the now-deleted music video as him throwing out his prescribed pills. That scene garnered criticism, as some interpreted this as him being against medication entirely, but he later tweeted, "I just recently got back on ADHD medication for the first time since I was young, and it's made a big difference so far," and encouraged others to take their meds.
