The title is a reference to Apple devices, where iMessage users normally see their messages sent as blue bubbles, but being blocked or a number being changed will result in the bubble turning green as an SMS instead. And it’s also a subtle callback to “Chicago Freestyle” from the recent Dark Lane Demo Tapes: "Hit one, she say she got a man Hit another one, it goes green"
