“Run The World!!!” is, in its most basic form, a song about responding to criticism and disapproval. It takes place after “Hot Rod” on the album, and, following the narrative of the album, is about an argument with his girlfriend.
In “Hot Rod” he realizes that she might be bad for him. When he communicates this to her, she calls him all of these negative things; this is his response.
