  • Production is just perfect for this style of music, absolutely love it.
  • I'm glad they didn't use the same production they used on Engulfed in Desolation. that release had me worried for many moons.
  • It's more than an Incantation clone dude. Amazing old-school death metal worship.
  • Generic? Uh... nope. Charnal Passages is one of the best DM albums of the year.
  • Another Incantation clone. Not that bad but very generic.

  • new album kills, and is much more to my liking than any of their previous material...some moments also remind me of dead congregation and also desolate shrine but better...wasnt too impressed with it in the first couple of listens or so but some tunes stuck with me which led the album to eventually grow on me and now i pretty much love it.
  • Excellent album been waiting so long for this and now it has its rightful place in the top 5 this year.
  • So damn good. Seriously, Charnel Passages, the new Abyssal, Leviathan, Vanum, and Bell Witch...Profound Lore is not fucking around this year.
