Breakbeat Era

Breakbeat Era was a short-lived project that combined the breakbeat talents of Drum and Bass producers Roni Size and DJ Die with the vocals of singer Leonie Laws. Spearheaded by the single Ultra-Obscene, and then released as an album under the same title in 1999. It was one of the first rock/pop/drum&bass fusion albums, a genre which Kosheen also later explored. Since the album seems to be a one-off project, other releases seem unlikely.

Fine album. Both a vocal and music at height.

This is one of my all time beloved bands and I think that most of you will like bands that appear on the chart: . All bands there are choosen from thousands and are the best ones on the web. If You don't agree simply vote. And the best thing is that you can download them legally right away!

The opening track, Past Life is awesome, Late Morning is a study in deep, deep bass! Our Disease & Ultra-Obscene obviously the 2 big singles but I think the whole album is just fantastic. So glad to own it on CD and LP.
