“ZTFO,” an initialism for “Zen the Fuck Out,” finds Big Sean redistributing the bad energy that comes his direction. On the track, he elaborates on how bad vibes can’t affect his zen state of mind. In fact, Sean has been meditating since he was 17 years old.
The track was first previewed by Travis Scott and CHASE B during the tenth episode of .wav radio on July 20, 2020, and it features ad-libs from the Houston rapper. The “ZTFO” visuals were released two weeks after the song.
