"MALDITA POBREZA" is a song recorded by Puerto rican artist Bad Bunny for his third solo studio album "EL ÚLTIMO TOUR DEL MUNDO".
In "MALDITA POBREZA", Benito tells a story that focuses on the desire to have enough purchasing power to buy and give away luxury goods for his girlfriend, which is not necessary to win her over because she is not looking for him for the money, but which he would like to do anyway and it is not possible due to his financial situation.
Upon reaching the conclusion that he does not have enough money, Benito begins to reflect and criticizes the current educational system and the saturation of the labor field that affects recent graduates. These social problems, which in 2020 are present in many countries around the world, take them further, even relating them to the reasons that force some young people to decide to commit crimes out of desperation.
