ASTRAL MAGIC is a solo vehicle established in March 2020 by Finnish composer and musician Santtu Laakso aka Dj Astro. He formerly used to play bass and Moog in the space rock band Dark Sun.
There is no definite style or form predetermined. More than 300 tracks have been created so far until 2022, where he occasionally is supported by international musician friends. On his self-released albums you will detect nearly everything related to the styles psych, space, kraut, and cosmic ambient. Entitled 'Magical Kingdom' his debut for Tonzonen Records was released as a limited vinyl edition on June 10th 2022.
