Biography
Anarres is a resurrection of already extinct black elephants of Atlantis (now - Imaginary Morocco). In many interviews band has claimed that their aim is to "bring the spiritual wisdom of black elephants of Atlantis" into the sacred punk circle. Band's refusal to incorporate themselves into the orthodox world of Almighty Good Records has been cheered by many Imams (of their own being) and has not been properly accepted by the sacred punk circle.
Band members (of whom, it is said, is approximately about three billions in this world) have officialy stated that they have nothing to do with Anarres Army of Insurrection, centered in the center of Greenland and led by Shaykhan Ellia Guekk but many sociologists had their interpretation that it was their way to secure themselves from special agencies, despite Anarres statements to "propose the spiritual techings of black Atlantis elephants only by coloring unicycled dogs", which is their essential ritual.
As one of the band members has stated in her inspiring speech in Iran, "Smash the State and have a Nice Day, fellow Imams (of your own being)".
Anarres is also anarchist "emo-black-metal" band from Kaunas, Lithuania, playing intense music with personal-is-political lyrics.
