Akmeņu Dārzs was a dream pop band from Rīga, Latvia, started after the gothic rock band Skumju Akmeņi first split in 1997. Members included Ivars Blūms (bass, lyrics), Kaspars Pupa (lead guitar, songwriter), Ieva "Eva" Prande (vocals), Jānis Daksis (guitar) and Atis Vintuks (drums).
In 1999 the band recorded their first album titled "Vai patiesi vēl gaidi" (translated "Are you really still waiting"), which was released only in 2001 in original cd. It can be downloaded for free at http://failiem.lv/u/nugoxz Band split in 1999.
The band played 5 live performances in Latvia during their years of activity (1997-1999)-"Bildes-97";"Sinepes un Medus-98",in club`Kabata`(1997) ,fest."Dejas,vīns un valentīns"(1998) in "Ķīpsalas hall","Roks pret militārismu"in Skrunda (1999).
