    I wouldn't say they're underrated at all. They have a massive cult following of creepily obsessive fans, not unlike Dystopia... or ICP... That said, PTT doesn't receive half the the hysterical adulation that gets piled on the debut. Since I was first exposed to these albums in the late 90's (my eldest sister being one of those creepily obsessive fans), I have always liked PTT more than the debut, and have consistently gotten funny looks from people over the years saying that. It seems like PTT is starting to catch up to WTKSP in the last 2-3 years anyway.
