Description
Live at Leeds will this year take place on the bank holiday weekend of 4th May to 6th May and will feature a huge programme of gigs and music inspired events.
The Unconference kick-starts the weekend on Friday 4th May with its unique take on the music industry seminar. Expect practical advice on entering the industry side of the music world from a host of experienced professionals, all eager to guide you on your path to musical fulfilment with a range of discussion seminars and workshops.
Then on Saturday 5th May, 100+ bands will play at venues across the city, all of which are accessible via the purchase of a special Live at Leeds festival wristband; last year’s Live At Leeds saw the festival expand in size and diversity of programming and we were thrilled to host mind-blowing performances from a host of amazing artists including JAMES BLAKE, GLASVEGAS, FRIGHTENED RABBIT, THE FUTUREHEADS, ANNA CALVI, THE DUKE SPIRITY, YOUNG KNIVES, ALOE BLACC, SLOW CLUB and JON FRATELLI! Phew. There is also a separate ticketed event for EXAMPLE at Leeds Millennium Square on the same day.
