Drunk off my ass, covered in mud, circlepitting to Bill Bailey with a bunch of strangers. I'll never forget that. haha.

luego de saber que Opeth y The Mars Volta tocaron en un solo concierto y no los vi, mi vida dejo de tener sentido...

Anyone who saw Fozzy instead of Bill Bailey is a true legend. Fuck being in a 40,000+ crowd, that's not personal at all. Fozzy was fucking intimate and it was one of the best sets of the weekend.

Weezer and Gallows were personal favourites, both were brilliant. Disappointed at Parkway though as I thought they sounded awful. Still gutted about missing FYS and Periphery too and Bohemia was far too small. Also @heedstoone biffy were incredible, should've at least gave them a try

Killing Joke stole the weekend for me, absolutely blinding. Kylesa, Gallows and Watain were also on top form.

Good weekend, However there did seem to be less toilets on campsite this year which was a bit of a joke also there seemed to be less water points on camp site also.

I really hope the organisers take note of the tents situation, it really was bullshit. Hmmmm, I'm not sure next year is going to have quite the same atmosphere if these rumours are true: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/news/a329164/foo-fighters-red-hot-chili-peppers-wanted-for-sonisphere-2012.html

Great weekend! Ticked all boxes for me. Great to see the Sisters back on form too. 2 moans...stupid security restrictions on tents, they caused a crush outside (with me at the front) in the name of health and safety. Loos..wtf?? Rivers of piss, not good. Either empty them more often or have more?? I'm used to festival bogs but these took the piss, pun intended. Sort it out Sonisphere!!!

Awesome weekend! Mars Volta were class got their setlist thing too, Slipknot, Lower Than Atlantis, Howard Marks and the Innerpartysystem/Tek-One Dj sets were awesome! Gutted I couldn't get in the tent for Protest and Gojira shouldn't have been in a tent at all :/

Best festival. Ripped the shit out of Download, which in itself was good. Managed to catch so many excellent bands, some I've never seen before and some I'd never even heard of before (e.g. Arch Enemy). If anyone was in White 3...we need to do that shit again next year. My camp got nicknamed by the other camps around us as MK Cunts, so if that was you that named us, thank you. You know your campsite is fucked when the Scottish one (me) is the voice of reason.

by the way... Alexdiru - Sylosis were fucking brutal, what the hell are you thinking saying they were one of the worst bands there! ClamLydia - Too fucking right, they did cock up a good few bands by sticking them in the tents, i mean Tesseract on the fucking red bull stage...couldnt see them coz the queue went around the entire tent!

FUCKING EPIC WEEKEND, was front row for Amplifier, got given Matt's drumstick which slipped out of his hand during 'The Wave' after the set and then me and my mates hung out with them... How much better could it fucking get!

I have to say what an epic weekend, without a shadow of a doubt the best festival I've ever been too, loved it so much. So many bands to see and watch, I barely had any downtime as there was just constantly bands I waned to see at all times. Also liked the layout of the festival itself, nothing like the three mile walks around Download which I'm used too, which was a certain plus point. Only problem I had was, as others have mentioned, difficulties getting into the third stage tent due to being blocked off by security. But all in all, more than fantastic.

Top four bands - Slayer, Metallica, Motorhead and Black Spiders (Fuck Biffy....). Biggest disappointment was Gojira. Not the band themselves as what I could hear was really excellent, just the fact that they were in the tent. I was with the hundreds of fans who were crowded out and couldn't even get inside. SERIOUSLY bad planning by the organisers.
