Buena!! he escuchado temas sueltos de Pond y no me pega mucho, pero le pondre atención a ese álbum. Sobre PT, es de mis bandas favoritas y comencé escuchandolos con el disco Lightbulb Sun, donde el sonido es una onda rock alternativo. Luego comencé a descubrir sus otros álbumes y me di cuenta que son una banda muy versatil, es dificil recomendar un disco para partir. Viendo que eres fan de Pink Floyd, te recomiendo el The Sky Moves Sideways. Si buscas algo más rock alternativo: Stupid Dream / Lightbulb Sun. Si buscas algo pesado puedes comenzar con cualquiera entre In Absentia o The incident, yo diria que puedes comenzar con Deadwing. Saludos

Now, I've been shopping around for some more prog in the gist of Gentle Giant or Gryphon, but the only band that really caught my fancy was Camel. I tried listening to Jethro Tull's Aqualung a few years ago, but couldn't really get into it. Had Van Der Graaf Generator recommended as well, even though I must admit I never got around to giving them a spin. Is there anything you can recommend?

When I asked you I knew I would get the question thrown right back in my face. Which wouldn't be a problem, were it not so goddamn hard to answer. There's a lot of great stuff, but "Wreck" and "Plain Truth" would be my favorites. Wreck for the very diffrent sound compared to the rest of the tracks. It feels like a break in the middle of a very proggy album. Plain Truth is just great all along. Some good vibes and I love the tonal changes. /wall of text

Damn straight. Acquiring the Taste is nothing short of a masterpiece through and through. Which track on the album do you consider your favorite?
