Although it might grow on me, it took me years before I fully appreciated Obscura. Deathspell Omega are really groovin' me at the moment. How are things with you?

I thought it was one of those skinny scene girls. Still it's a nice arse regardless. How you been? I see you're still digging Opeth, and a few other artists I don't think I've ever heard of before. I'm in a bit of a musical doldrum at the moment tbh. I've discovered a small few bands that I really, really like- all black metal- but other than that I'm not remotely inspired by extreme metal anymore, at all.

Cool, man. Did you finish your course? Where are you working now? I've been lifting steadily the whole time, had to reign in my diet a few months ago because I was eating like a horse and beginning to get fat. I'm 86kg now- was 91kg last July for example, but was kinda fat. Now I'm lifting; deadlift, 150kgx5, bench 100kgx2, barbell shoulder press 65kgx3, squat 120x6 deep reps, barbell row 100kgx4. My current regime though has the intensity up so I only lift those kinda weights occasionally. I'll go powerliftery again come November. How come you took the year off weights? Other priorities?
