Well, as far as Bayern as well as the Oktoberfest are concerned, what both have in common is that they are not particularly German, but 100% Bavarian. I'd say at least half of all German loathe both Bayern Munich AND the Oktoberfest ;-) I don't know one Bayern supporter personally- literally speaking! It's catchier than Different Gear. Overall a step up. Lyrics are kinda shitty, but those never matter if you have a good melody/production. "I'm Just Saying" and "Start Anew" are the most Oasis-y.

You're in a for a treat. Liam's vocals are excellent and there are plenty of good tunes. "Iz Rite" shoulda been the lead single.

Not at all I loved it. Defintely not the same quality of songwriting as Noel, but then again nobody can match him nowadays (maybe Richard Ashcroft?) Beady Eye has the intangibles though- the swag and soul. DGSP is really good IMO

Agreed! I don't think there will ever be another weekend like it. How close were you? I was actually right in front at the barrier for both shows, which was amazing (and convenient because I'm very short and wouldn't be able to see otherwise).

Hey, saw your post on the Kasabian event. I've never been to the venue before but I've been told it's really not bad, even though Pontiac itself isn't exactly the best part of the state. (I'm seeing Noel the night before too.)
