you’ve so welcome!! All of their 80s-90s records are amazing imo, but you should probably listen to Propeller next. super noisy poppy record that first gained them recognition. if you want to hear more 90s lo-fi pop GBV records afterwards id suggest Vampire On Titus and King Shit & the Golden Boys. Also, if you feel like it you should hear their 1994 EP Fast Japanese Spin Cycle. it’s only 10 minutes but it has some of the best gems they ever recorded.

Yeah I didn't expect it but GBV appeared in The Strokes Someday music video, because they're friends which is really cool! I've definitely heard some strokes, but not that much. my favorite song by them is "you only live once", so far. do you have some great hooky recommendations?

yes !! strokes r huuuge gbv fanboys and they all became friends from that! they also did that episode of family feud together! anyways my personal fav strokes song (and fav song of all time) is 12:51, but others that're good r reptilia, the modern age, is this it, someday, when it started, vision of division, machu picchu, why are sundays so depressing, not the same anymore... honestly, every song they've ever made ever? LOL machu picchu was the first ever strokes song i liked thou, if that means anything... anyway, hope u enjoy them! ^__^
