California is cool. But not right now really. We've had like 6 or 7 fires within the past two years. Three of which were so close to home they caused a lot of evacuations. Everyone where I live is pretty tired of ash falling from the sky.

hello :] well.. the only thing that sucked about being an exchange student was being so far away from my family and friends, but then again i made new friends in the states and in the end, i didn't want to leave anymore. this summer i stayed in madison with a friend and we went to milwaukee, the dells etc. it was sooo much fun!! las vegas was cool too, but after a week i kind of wanted to get away from the heat :D ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh j'adore paris!! when are you going? i live kinda close to the french border, it only takes like 4 hrs to drive to paris, so i've been there a couple of times now :] ahh i'm jealous i want to go to paris too!!

ITALY. ITALY. ITALY. My brother got married there last year and unfortunately I could not attend! I want to retire there. Partially because I have Italian blood in me, partially because of the food, but MOSTLY because of the countryside. So beautiful. And I've already seen Ra Ra Riot, they are pretty good live. If I were you, I'd go see Friendly Fires. I've wanted to see them so bad since they're debut album. They're a better band in general anyways. Although, their new single is horrid.

Paris huh? That'd be amaaazing. I want to go to Europe so bad.

Sweet. Im jealous. I want to go to Lollapalooza. There is Street Scene out here in San Diego in about a month. A pretty awesome lineup this year. And Im gonna go see Rebelution, this cool Reggae band from Santa Barbara, at this awesome bar/music venue in my area. So amped! If you like Bob Marley you should check them out!

oh so you've been to Ohio!? that's cool! some of my friends just went to Cedar Point today! I was supposed to go but I work full time and couldn't get off. My old roommate lives in Chicago. Works for the White Sox. I'm jealous. It's a beautiful city. Yeah and that bar I'm talking about is seriously the best bar in America, I'm dead serious haha. It's called Thursday's Lounge. You owe to yourself when you're of age to go to it sometime. I've had many a good nights there haha :P

Haha it's a blast. The bar plays a lot of really good indie music. Type of place where you can drink and dance and not give a damn. Even convinced a lot of my "clubbin" type girl and guy friends to come and they've been converted to indie music because of it haha. I live in Ohio, a boring state. Yourself?
