His real name was Susumu Yokota. Ebi (海老) was one of his many aliases - it means shrimp. His releases under Ebi also heavily feature shrimp in the artwork. I don't know the significance of the shrimp in your profile pic, but yeah thought it was worth mentioning if you love shrimp :) One of the premier shrimp artists
