According to last.fm, Blitzen Trapper is playing a free show with The Blow at Willamette University on the 26. I haven't confirmed that th is is true yet, though.

I don't actually have any of e&s' music, and I am not sure how to get it, you might try looking up boy gorilla records, they might say where you can buy their music.

I have seen them live before. They put on a pretty good show, and I have heard many good things about Starfucker as well, but haven't seen them yet.

Yeah, I could write a long list of shows I have wanted to see at the Doug Fir. But you shouldn't worry, Eskimo & Sons play a million shows a year in Portland, and many of them are all ages.

yeah there really isn't a way to search for bands on there. But usually there's something good in each post. If you didn't see it already, you have to look in the comments for links to full albums.

if you've had the p2p for a while and have been downloading thost 50+ songs a day then I would say it's pretty safe to say your computer's infected. I suggest finding a virus detection software (just go to download.com and then anti-virus should be a main topic). For me I only download from blogs (try indiesurfer.blogspot.com) or buy tunes from iTunes.

oh my program isn't a p2p program. it records any sound from the webpage you're on. like songs from myspace or youtube. I don't use p2ps...viruses and all. I only use it for songs that aren't released like b-sides/remixes and songs by people like Christie Dupree who only has her songs on her myspace. I'm sure there's something like that out there for pcs.
