Any chance of bringing back the old way of displaying event lineups that used to order the artists based on listener numbers? I much prefered that to the current alphabetical way. Mainly applies to festivals etc. I know this is probably not a high priority given that nobody seems to use the events anymore.

Hi sparks, thanks for being a fan of Last.fm! We are aware of the issue with tags such as 'fip' and 'somafm'. We are looking at filtering those in the same way we filter popular tags such as 'seen live'. We are planning to do more tag-related work in the future but it will take time. A heads-up about the {Last.fm Alternative Xmas Playlist} that I played very recently: 2 tracks by Cocteau Twins {"Winter Wonderland" & "Frosty the Snowman"} & 1 track by Dragonette {"Merry Xmas (Says Your Text Message)"} is grayed out in Canadian Spotify. The issues you are describing relate to the Spotify service and not Last.fm. A quick Google search returns the following: "The greyed out tracks just mean that for whatever reason, they are unavailable in your country. This could be due to licensing or the request of the record label or artist." If you think those tracks should be available to you and something is wrong with your account, please contact Spotify directly. Happy New Year!

Hi Zshapiro, thank you for being a Last.fm user since 2010 and for your love of scrobbling stats! I'm afraid the user journals (blogs) are currently not available on Last.fm and the 'Features' section of Last.fm you are referring to (https://www.last.fm/features) does not offer a way for users to contribute.

Hi GossipABoy :) Thanks for checking the Best Songs of 2018 feature. The main reason for now is because it's simply easier to scrobble Spotify, which can be enable in your account settings. We can't offer a reliable way to scrobble Apple Music yet. When we can, we'll definitely look into your suggestions. Which scrobbler are you using for Apple Music?

Hi neyoni, just read your piece on artists who were influenced by Serge Gainsbourg, a very interesting read, as I am a big fan of his daughter's work myself. I'll be sure to check out the other tracks you pointed out! One tiny little correction, though: Beck's work with Charlotte Gainsbourg was on her IRM and Stage Whisper albums in 2009 and 2011. 5:55 was entirely produced by Air. Great read at any rate, thanks!

The latest version https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/last-fm-scrobbler/id1188681944 should work. The older version (which is not available on the app store anymore, but can still be downloaded in your App Store purchase history) is not supported by iOS 11 due to Apple removing support for 32-bit apps.
