Alkaline Trio vocalist/bassist Dan Andriano has started a new solo-project called Emergency Room. Andriano will debut his new tunes out on the road in the US next month for a series of dates including shows with former labelmates The Get Up Kids "I've been working on a lot of new songs and I'm pretty excited to get out and play them," he says. "And yes, I'll probably be playing a couple Alkaline Trio songs. Maybe someday this will become a band, I do not know. What I do know is that for these shows, I will be all alone." In related news, Alkaline Trio vocalist/guitarist Matt Skiba will release a solo album of his own early next year.

Ahh cool, KKK Took My Baby Away's a Ramones cover right? I've always been meaning to get more into real punk like that, I love The Clash and have a fair amount of Misfits but it's stuff like Ramones and Sex Pistols and all that... I probably should right? Dyou have any recommendations? Anyway my first Trio gig was last years Reading fest, so I'm a bit of a noob. (I love the BP exclusive of Reading 03, he has his gritty voice, Last Caress, the sick setlist, awesome it's my fave download (: ) I just got back from this year's fest yesterday and I'm so, so tired and still hungover. ;D Got much on the gig schedule atm? x

Rules? Meh, as long as I get to meet them at least once I'll be happy. :) I LOVE their gigs! :) Last time I saw them, they played 7 Good Mourning songs. I was loving it! Thing is they only played one song from Goddamnit, MICF and Crimson (which was Sadie :S). It didn't make sense! But I'd already seen the big songs they missed out, so it was all good. :)

Yeah a bit, only made a few posts though. I like the downloads and stuff but I was a bit annoyed to find out I missed out on two Meet & Greets! :( Oh well, they should start touring again fairly soon :)
