there have been alot fo good shows going on latley. i saw anberlin and scary kids scaring kids on halloween then i saw chiodos and silverstein on saturday and i think im going to see senses fail and dance gavin dance on sunday. too many shows not enough time.

things arn't too bad. rather dull actually. but show wish i've been to 2 in the last month so those were pretty sick. so hows the warm weather cause it is freezing up here!

Thanks! ;) You know I had the same feeling about Crimson and Agony and Irony. Hated them at first, but they grew on me. The hate for the album Crimson actually only lasted like a few days, but with Agony and Irony, I actually hated the album so much that I actually requested an interview with Alkaline Trio at work. So I got to interview them this past July, Dan to be exact and I told him how I felt, and he brought up such a good point...How people can't expect them to make the same album over and over. It would get redundant and boring. Which makes sense. So with that album I started taking it with a grain of salt and later realized that I liked it for what it was. :) It's an amazing album (very heavens influenced), of course it's no goddamnit.

yeah, about that shout on your gravest words... totally... alot of the tunes that chris sings when his voice is in a certain register, if i didnt know already, i'd swear they were sung by blake as either a jtb or jawbreaker song... that to this day is one of the most unique sounding songs from a punk band, i love it...

Yeah I hope it will be more like Good Mourning, the greatest album ever in my opinion! Some of Crimson took a while to grow on me too, especially Burn, really really didn't like that at first!

I feel like I'm blaspheming when I say this, but I really don't like their new one! In Vein is awesome though!
