As for Sargeist, I already purchased tickets to that show as well as the Behexen one the following day in SD.  You up for a road trip?  There will be a few of us most of which you have already met.  Re: The Black Castle, be advised that this place is in a shitty neighborhood so don't leave valuables in your car.  I find that this venue reminds me of The Vex (where we saw Absu) only not as nice and with filthy bathrooms.  There is no bar either unless you count the moving truck in the alley selling shitty beer out of coolers.  *lolz*  One more thing you should know is they make you sign a "Waiver" or "Release" whichever you prefer to call it and you must either have one on file or bring one with you the day of in order to enter the premises.  I shit you not!!  Read all about it on their website and don't forget to do it because it is mandatory.  http://www.theblackcastleunderground.com/waiver.html

Ah no i just go the tickets for everything i feared would sell out so just the former sonar place. i really wish they didn't split the tickets up in days and venues. /: sounds like there is some interesting stuff going on at the Ram's Head on Sunday night. So maybe Saturday will be adventure day. we never did find goatman. Ha, i have been going through bandcamp and ordering every 5$ cassette tape i can find. its been an interesting journey and ive grown fond of playing them in my car. its a tape graveyard. also don't worry about coordinating one of those rentals. it might just be a pain in the ass. the fell will be good. and ill afford it this year since i have no plans of running off to maui.

I had a bad experience with Amazon once though. I DL an album and it had blips in it and then when I went to the customer sercive to try to get it to DL again or for a refund nothing was worked out. Meh... I am willing to give it another shot but all I use are Mac products anyway. Wait my phone is an HTC which is windows so I guess I just lied to you. =P

Actually I brought it up because it is the band we talked about that night. I haven't had a chance to listen to them and am afraid they may be hard to come by. Should I buy the album on iTunes or amazon? Let me know. K :D

I am not personally familiar with that venue but I hear its nice and roomy. The sound could be better and the neighborhood isn't the greatest but this is East LA what do you expect. One of my friends scoped it out and said there are two different rooms and the smaller one sounds like shit. Fingers crossed it is inside of the larger venue but my guess is yes. I expect there will be a large crowd coming out for this show.

Also forgot to tell you how great it was to see Enslaved so up close and personal at the Key Club. What a treat indeed!! <3

How was the Om show on Sunday? I was unable to make it cuz I stayed out all night for the Soulfly show on Saturday. I hate Hollywood! I was just curious what you were up to and about the show. Seems to be a handful of shows coming up in March. Should be fun. =)

You're completely right! Latest stuff sounds already not like a soft rock (which was good anyway). They're coming back to FOTL-sound eventually, that gives hope to hear an awesome full-length album in the nearest future.
