Thanks for the feedback. Growing up in Scotland meant I've had the chance to see a good few brutalist buildings. It's definitely a theme I'd like to explore once I develop a little more compositional skill.

I would say either Mac DeMarco or a band out of Hamilton called Young Rival. Their record Stay Young is really great, Check out Nothing You Know Well by them.

I would start with The Moon & Antarctica if you're more into indie, or Good News... if you dig the more rock-y sound. Check out: 3rd Planet, Float On, and Dashboard. Those are their biggest hits, I think.
