Hey! You should try All Get Out, Manchester Orchestra, and Good Old War. All Get Out is from Charleston, SC and I have a bunch of mutual friends with the guys, though I don't know them too well. I think they're something you will really like. Manchester Orchestra and All Get Out put on unbelievable live shows. Also try Kevin Devine. I loved him live. Life is good. I'm halfway through my junior year of college and I love it! How's life on the West Coast?

Emery headlined and I liked they were absolutely amazing. I don't usually listen to them on cd, but their live show is definitely worth catching.

Mayday Parade was awesome (when I saw them two weeks ago). I'm thinking about going to see them again in Augusta next weekend. It will be cool to see them as the headlining band.

I haven't gone yet. It will be amazing. The show is not this Saturday, but the next. It's a hometown show for the headlining band, Emery, so I fully expect an awesome show from everyone.

I listened to the first part of a couple of songs while I was updating my dad's ipod for him. It's just not what I'm into right now. Actually, while I was driving to the nearest big city to see American Gangster, my friend got mad at me for not having it on my ipod, b/c that's his favorite cd right now and we couldn't listen to it! I made everyone listen to The Maine, since it was my car!

Well, since I do have the Springsteen album on my itunes, I should probably at least give it a listen.

Oh yeah and my dad just got the new Bruce Springsteen cd. He had me put it on his ipod for him last weekend! You should definitely check out The Brandon Batson Band. They have a myspace. Wanna See You is a great song.

I feel really bad b/c I didn't even know he had a new album out! I ended up having a meeting during his Thurs. night show in Greenville and then I opted to go see Jethro's Advice and The Brandon Batson Band instead of his Fri. night show. I decided it would be better to support local acts. Dave Barnes and Matt Wertz are actually playing in Gville tomorrow night, but I have a 9 the next morning.

I mean, I know all about Butch Walker, but I didn't really care for one of his cds that I listened to. I liked his sound alright, but I just didn't LOVE it, like I thought I would.
