Ahh sweet, the Lions game is the outstanding one for me too - should be an event. All is good here, it's been an up and down couple of t things have a way of righting themselves I guess. Major work on the house is now complete so now enjoying the results. Down in that London in April for a gig, then to Old Trafford in May for Foo Fighters. Just the small matter of John Cooper Clarke in York on 22nd Feb to attend first ;-) You gotten giggage lined up ?

Great weekend thanks mate, good to get some family together and then troop them all off to Brixton for a night of top music. Cud were up first and fired the crowd up nicely for Ned's Atomic Dustbin, who were nothing short of excellent. Carter were, pardon my French, fucking immense - probably the best I've seen them. Getting Tom Hingley on stage to sing the Inspiral Carpets This is How it Feels was one of many highlights. Much appreciated by the masses. #downthefrontwithkaz

The gig is on Saturday, 10th November. I'm training it down on the Friday and heading back oop North on Monday lunchtime - thought I might as well make a weekend of it :) Got return rail ticket for £27 so well chuffed. Think we gonna be overcrowding Kaz's place by the sounds of it ! Be good to meet up if the opportunity arises.

How was Praia do Porto Santo then mate ? Do you recommend Saga Holidays ? I sing, play some guitar for, and play the drums for a doom/rock band called Darkest Ritual. i dunno, yet, man! i think i'm gonna have to listen to it at least five times to get an idea of how much i like it. it's not bad though, that much i'm sure about. it hits too hard and fast to take in with one listen. the only track that sticks in my mind so far is frost hammer, just because i've heard it a few times already. one of the things i liked most about death is this communion were khanrad's wall and headhunter cause they provided a bit of a variation and created a sense of atmosphere before things started kicking off again, so i was a bit disappointed there's nothing like that on this. thoughts?
