Good--busy as ever. Moving out in two weeks or so here... Kind of exciting and a little bit frightening at the same time. I'm getting somewhat tired of looking. It's been kind of hard because we've been having to compromise on a bunch of stuff.. like location in respect to our places of work/school, how big the backyard should be (HUUUGE! I want parties and soccer games!) and I also need a place to rehearse with muh bandmates... So a separate car garage would be ideal. There was this one house that already had it padded and everything but it was too much money. So we're probably going to do one more week of looking and if we can't find anything better than this one particular place. There was one house that had a backyard that was literally the size of a football field... But they deleted the ad off craigslist. :( :( :( :( I wanted that house.... only $800.00/month too. I knew it was too good to be true... Ah well. So ya.. just music and work.. what have you been up to?

Alright there's a ton of good records that came out in '08 that were awesome. I tend to like more experimental stuff so that has a lot to do with my recommendations. Au's "Verbs," Gang Gang Dance's "Saint Dymphna" and Paavoharju's "Laulu Laakson Kukista" are all awesome albums. Not sure if you like or mind lo-fi recordings but Wavves self titled is killer. Also, new Animal Collective.
