Hi! I hope you have an awesome new year! I got a recommendation. You might like the band Eyes Set to Kill, the post-hardcore band. There's a soft rock band with that name as well, but I don't know about them.

Hi! Do you still stream on Twitch? Is that a new name you have on Twitch? I'm the 2nd follower.

Yeah, emo/screamo go me through the 90s/2000s. That's never leaving my library, haha. Last.fm is running slow for me or I'd give your profile a more thorough look, but it seems you're open to anything on the global scene so... La Quiete, Raein, Asamblea Internacional del Fuego, 1000 Travels of Jawaharlal, We Came out Like Tigers are a few I've frequented that might not be as obvious as choices like Orchid, Seatia, Rites of Spring, Native Nod, etc. If you ever do like the twangy midwest emo and math rock sounds, Elephant Gym is really "cute" but extremely relaxing.

Nice charts! Not a lot in common, but what is is awesome. Your compatibility with asilentk is Medium. You both listen to Vildhjarta, Woods of Desolation and Deafheaven.

Post-Black Metal is a rabbit hole with no end. Good starting point is Alcest, Sylvaine, Lantlos, Heretoir, etc. then click similar artists and try them from there. That's how I find most of my stuff :)

After checking out Personal and the Pizzas, I've noticed a couple of other bands like them. The Hex Dispensers and Carbonas. I recommend 'em if you wanna get more into garage punk. I say anything by them is cool. Oh and I found more Personal and the Pizza albums. They're free as well. http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Personal_and_the_Pizzas/

DLive is another site like Twitch. https://dlive.tv/ I do game. My faves are usually fighting, beat 'em up, RPGs, FPS, etc. I like games from just about any genre in gaming surprisingly. My favorite game ever is Chrono Trigger.

Hi there! Personal and the Pizzas, how'd you come across them? I found them by looking up a random artist after "/music/" and I noticed them in the similar artists section of that random artist I was looking at. What are they like? Are they heavily influenced by the Ramones?

Oh hey, nice to hear from ya. I actually discovered them by actively searching for garage punk, and I would say they probably are, in some ways. They definitely lean toward a pop punk sound from the 70s. I can only listen to them for so long though. Half their tracks really are about pizza. Found sound though.

Ah ok. I'll check them out since I do like garage punk and garage rock. Mostly I like garage rock, but I have listened to garage punk and enjoying it. You know who is an interesting garage rock band? Pierced Arrows. They're a newer one, they formed in 2007. The disbanded, because one of the guys in that band. I think it was the vocalist who died. They're pretty underrated and they only have one listener that I know.

Check out Incised Wound Suicide by Abysmal Torment. Fascinator by Master's Hammer is also good. Sulphur Aeon's The Scythe of Cosmic Chaos is good as well. Good new albums from metal bands.

It would seem so. Some countries don't have master's programs, at this point. So, it would mean that they either ignore the path we've chosen, and if they want to work here in that profession, they'll probably have to do more education + liscensure. Basically, it's too damn expensive for most people.

Ah, you know I never got tell you what stands out with Punish and Destroy. It has some really fast and pummeling tracks. Powerviolence is so great. I should listen powerviolence. The songs on there also under a minute long and I like stuff like that. They also have variation on Punish and Destroy as well. Some songs have tempo changes, some songs are ultra fast powerviolence and some songs have heavy & sludgy stuff. It's been a while since I checked it out, I'll have to listen to it again soon.

I see you were listening to Immolation. Amazing DM. I really like their first album a lot, I think it's their best one.

Oh BTW, I've always wondered why you don't use the animated version of that avatar, because I know I've seen someone have an animated version of that. Can't find it? Prefer it not animated? However it still looks good unanimated.

I recommend Corpus Rottus, Loudblast, Crimson Relic, At War, Massacra, Morpheus Descends, Accidental Suicide and Bestial Warlust (not really old school death metal, they're excellent black/death metal).
