We must stop seeing nature as some sort of peaceful condition or state, something to revere, or reconnect with, some sort of wise master that we best be sure to obey. This type of thinking is not only untrue, but highly dangerous, not to mention highly immoral. When we are good, kind, and tolerant to each other, it is IN SPITE of our connection to nature, in spite of nature's will, not because of it.

I say it's time to end the pandemic restrictions, abruptly and completely. Virus or no virus, they are a violation of our charter, constitutional rights and are equivalent to asking us, essentially, to stop living. Only if they were brief would they have any legitimacy at all. This nonsense has gone on far enough.
