Well it's based on a silly interview in Russian where an old woman talk about how she went to hell and Satan's music was rock and then she went to heaven and the music there was "crimson chimes" (in Russian that's an old phrase for beautiful chimes). Also, King Crimson when translated sounds as Crimson King, in that order. So the dialogue is this: "Hey cap, guess my favorite music: crimson..." "King?" "Chimes!"
