Heeey! No worries at all haha. Pretty awesome aren't they? Yeah I will totally check it out, as soon as I fix iTunes, i've broken my library ): Seeing as i'm not going to be doing much listening right now, do you have any recommendations I can add to my 'to listen' list? :D

Hello (: Thanks! I never realised how much I liked their sound. Plastic Bag's a great track! Love the lyrics. Oh, and while i'm here just want to say a thank you for introducing me to BBC 6 music. It's a fantastic station, really been enjoying it. Awesome news that it's been saved right?

Ah, cool, I'm glad you enjoyed it. They do seem to be a really good live band. Let me know if you're at any other local gigs. You can see a list of the ones I'm attending on my profile.

I know Pere Ubu fairly well, (have a few CDs) but thanks anyway. They are indeed a very good group. I love the new Fall album myself, and pretty much everything I've heard at this point. I've been meaning to pick up the Peels Sessions box, I'm sure it's superb. Thanks for the recs.

Hey there, thank you for the friend request. Nice to see The Fall at the top of your charts. I only started listening to them this year but they're so amazing. Glad you dislike typical modern teenagers too. They suck terribly.

You're right, it could happen! Although I do recall Morrissey (quite jokingly) saying that he'd 'rather eat his own testicles' or something haha. Got to love him! Yes, I did hear about BBC Radio 6 music, though I must admit that was only through the whole closing thing. It does seem like a terrible shame. Especially when the majority of stations play so much utter shit (can't stand Radio 1!). And it sounds like a great station- you named some wonderful bands there :) Thank you, i'll give it a listen to!

Love your taste in music, and 100% agree with the sheepishness of teenagers! If you know anyone you think i'll like, let me know...im always on the lookout.

Ah, the stresses and disappointments of ticket buying! It sucks. Oh, I agree. That must have been so fantastic. 'How Soon is Now' is definitely one of my favourites by The Smiths. The intro alone gives me shivers! Would have loved to have seen them during the early days... if I was born a good 4/5-ish decades ago. Don't you just hate being born when we were sometimes? Ha! Indeed, Morrissey's certainly a person of the love/annoy/hate variety. Don't give up with the playlists though! You might just manage to convert him in the end (; Oh, and apologies for not replying earlier- i'm terribly lazy atm.

Ah, well thank you for saying so, sir. Yes, I agree, it's very encouraging to see people my age with similar tastes. Can't say that I know many individuals like that in person! And I love Eraserhead. <3

Yes, I did hear about that one over at the PiL shoutbox (and the many nagging about the lack of original lineup). Sounds awesome though nevertheless! Should've gone to the Brixton date really. Last & definitely most memorable gig was Morrissey 5th November at the Alexandra Palace (luckliy before the bottle incident!). I'd never seen him live before, but I was totally impressed. He sounded fantastic and was overall quite humourous- in his own way of course ;) Was good to hear The Smiths tracks too.

Yes, exactly! I think we are a dying breed, so to say. Same to you (: And I must apologise for ever so clumsily declining your friend request! Have sent one your way.

Hello, thanks for the friend request, and I love your taste in music too, and I cannot tell you how much I agree with your 'about me' bit! I don't usually reply to people when they leave me shouts (basically because I can't be arsed), but our music taste and view on teenage culture these days was too similar to ignore :)

Hello Jonny - delighted to make your acquaintance. I ummed and ah'd about PiL but no Wobble to celebrate Metal Box just don't sit right. I saw the great man - Jah Wobble - at this year's Green Man Festival talking about his excellent new autobiography 'Memoirs of a Geezer'. I look forward to your post-gig report. First time I saw PiL was on Boxing Day in 1979 at The Rainbow in Finsbury Park. You were just a twinkle in your parents' eyes.
