Alright so in advance sorry for the delay in response, chrstimas time was relentless. Anyway good to hear your checking out moving to Germany it still is a great country, judging from the area your gf is working it could be kind of a shock though, moving from a big city like NY into the black forest is one hell of a change of pace. I've been on vacation in that part of germany a few times now and its just beautiful and very peaceful. The culture around there is similar to where I live close to the rhine - very warm and welcoming in general plus getting shitfaced during any time of the day is not frowned upon at all. Again: huge difference to America at least from what I've experienced (the drinking I mean) In general the political climate is a bit problematic at the moment, a lot of (for a better comparison) republican like far-right ideoligies floating around even in parties which used to be more left or neutral (for lack of a better word) --- 1/2

and of course you still have the AFD which is a party full of nutjobs who have like a fifth of the votes in current surveys. Also the election has been pulled forward as the current elected parties have been voted out of the government) so again: political climate is a bit of a mess at the moment. From my experience though the people are still very friendly if youre not a refugee (I am not kidding unfortunately there is an absolute angry vibe which is partially understandable but way too much. You know how its like, you have a few criminals in a group and everyone else suffers from it. I could write you an essay about that topic alone. Bottom line I can however still say its a great and very friendly country in most cases if you know what I mean. Feel free to discuss more if you'd like and sorry for the wall of text :)

Politics is a mess everywhere by design. Just like religion, it exists to divide people into ideological camps. They don't want people united.. But no matter where we move, we plan to respect natural laws and the established customs of the land and leave it better than we found. We don't squabble, we live rightly and God fights the battles for us. All the best chief

Nothing I photograph is "private" per se; I'm an extroverted personality, an open book of sorts and my work reflects that. Again, appreciate the kind words. NY is indelibly my home though I've lived a few other places (Florida, Indiana, California, Kentucky to name a few). But South America or Europe are really calling my name - Americans as mass are poisoned, selfish and uninspired and I want to trade my stars and stripes in favor of a simpler, more natural lifestyle. My wife works for a German company and is visiting the headquarters in Loßburg this March, and I'll be perusing the farmlands of Sicily when I go to get my dual citizenship this summer so we're beginning to branch out and explore the potential across the sea.

i actually completely forgot it's a b14 bus and UniverSoul circus clown car im kinda embarrassed now lol\ the universoul circus was established by Cedric Walker and Calvin Dupree an African-American man who had a vision of creating a circus with a large percentage of people of color performing so 257 black kids hopping off the b14 bus might look like the universoul clowns but to be honest no matter how much i search i cant seem to find anything about 257 black kids, especially on a bus so idk maybe that's just elucid's wild imagination lol but im sure there's some explanation to it tho

you're correct, what gave it away? so favorite record this year is a super close call because I really loved denzel's record since it's so personal and adds yet ANOTHER shade to his musical pallet, completely different from my general fave of him (ZUU) but very good nonetheless. however I think The Weeknds Dawn FM is perfect in so many ways. Jim Carrey narrating, the general vibe, the album versions being different from the ones on the radio so the album flows better. what really drove it home for me though is that it finally is a really great concept album again. I'm a big sucker for these kind of things, maybe because the first album I really listened to was American Idiot (Green Day) and I'm chasing that high ever since lol - what about you?

You listen to a lot of german music that is not very popular in other countries (Atleast I think so). Dawm FM had great highs and I loved the concept but my fav of the year is still the new Kendrick Lamar. Melt My Eyez didn't really click for me, only a few songs stuck with me. Walkin might just be his best song to date
