Yeah the Stott is great, really enjoying it. He's really pushing new ground! FlyLo is like his last album, some cool bits, but a lack of focus. I've given it a good listen, but it's not really the direction i'd hoped he would go in. And way too short. Cosmogramma seems a long time ago!

So what d'ya think of the FlyLo? Heavy free-jazz in parts, some nice beats too. It seems a bit all-over-the-place, a bit like 'Until the quiet comes'. 38 mins, hmm! Long wait for just over half an hour! And snoop dogg!!!?? At least he's kept to a minimum. Modern beat-musicians trying to do jazz!! I'm not sure. Madlib tries too.

Jeez that took a while to respond!! Life is a bit mental at the mo. Been mainly listening on my travels and loving a lot of the stuff i'm hearing. Mainly am learning to make stuff more when at home. Very enjoyable! Learning to play the piano properly, which is mighty. Also being a father for the first time is a bit of a challenge!! Yeah I like it too. Just feel a little over-saturated with that area of music of late! Many follow-up / third albums are a bit of a disappointment within the dubstep-ish direction of late, dedication not so! As for the OPNeva, very cool indeed. Did ya give the Robot Koch a go? Great album.
