Yeah, I just picked that album up actually. I'd not listened to Pelican in ages, so I thought I'd give it a go. It's really quite good. The riffing is still as awesome as it's always been.

I'd say of their most recent albums Eschaton is the best. Hell is Empty has a few really strong songs too, like "Castigation and Betrayal".

That's cool. I'd have loved to see Ulver too, but money is a bit restrictive at the moment. :( The Sunn O))) and OM gig should be amazing, though. I've got my earplugs at the ready. Your top artists reminded me, I haven't got around to listening to the latest Anaal Nathrakh, how is it?

well, although i think the new one is a real masterpiece (especially compared to all the bullshit thats coming out nowadays), my all-time-fav album is total fucking necro. i fell in love with it quite a while ago and im still blasted by its fucking dirty, yet very atmospheric sound! i just love the remake of satanarchist:) sorry that i didnt reply earlier but i was @ amsterdam for a few days ;) cheers!

yeah she's pretty cool. I've met plenty of people just as loud here so I'm kinda used to it now. well thats a bit weird, I saw that i had a friend in common but i didn't think that was right so i ignored it. I hear the fireworks is Aus are amazing, glad you had a good time :P I spent my night at the Dry bar in Manchester (One of the worst venue's in Manchester) watching 80's Matchbox B-line Disaster. It was amazing. I spent over £60, i was very very drunk. I endsed up on the barrier for most of the gig and infront of it for the last three songs. Fun times :D I'll take a look now, but it would seem there are a lot of Helen kinsella's, there are, however only two Dane Beesley's. One of us is a photographer in Aus strangly enough...

sweet, well at least you have choices! I can't find a job anywhere :( it's a little shit atm, I'm gonna try to ge a work placement from April to september which would bring a little extra cash for uni. Although I just found out that ext year the none-income assesed loan is going up from £3470 to £4600! I couldn't believe it! I could totally do with that money right now :( lol. TBH I havn't looked for him lol, but I will do soon enough hehe. Ahhh black metal, the onlyt metal i Listen to is hardcore nowadays. Poison the well and Every time i die mostly. But i also LOVE noise/noise core atm. Fear before the march of flame, AIDS wolf, Lightning bolt, Pink & Brown. Those kinda bands :P If you like heavy shit you might like to give em a try. What uni are you at btw? I'm sure i added someone from the same uni as me.
