I have been thinking about this. For the past week. I am struggling. Because I just don't listen to the ones that I don't like that much. Admittedly, when I was younger, I used to despise the Beatles and every time I heard Here Comes The Sun I wanted to lodge a knife into my stomach. But now I love that song!!!!! And I love the Beatles!!!! However, I just listened to Wild Honey pie... And I don't think I ever will listen to that song ever again.

i love rocky raccoon because its so easy to visualise the scene that paul is describing. plus whenever i listen to it i get reminded of my morning walks to school, which should be a downside but i can legit feel the sun on my face whenever i hear the song now. let it be is just sooooo... idk never really clicked with me. its literally my least listened album of theirs now that i'm checking. as for with the beatles... i take it back. i think my visceral dislike towards little child clouded my judgement. i solely dislike let it be. i fucking hate dig it, maggie mae and let it be. i just don't go back to it. dig a pony fucks though, such a good song. such a polarizing era of the beatles for me. cause on one hand you have some amazing songs on that album and its like woaaah. but then i hear let it be and makes me want to rip my eyeballs out and tear my ears off. i fucking hate it so much. anyway, apologies for the vulgar rant...

that's true!! Those nostalgic songs that take you back in time are such top tier. And actually I agree those songs (dig it, maggie mae, let it be) aren't as great 😭I CANNOT listen to let it be (the song). It's probably because It's so popular so I've heard it too much against my will, but Dig A Pony is SO good. Every time I listen to Across the Universe I ascend into the air. I Me Mine?!?! hard asf. Two of us?? BANGER. Let it be... ehhhhhh... YOU'RE SO RIGHT, like there are so many great songs but if Let It Be starts playing I will be ripping my ears off and blending them into a smoothie.
