Yeah man, I love me some White Hills! Every show has blown me away, too. I still don't feel like any of their records quite capture how good they sound live though... I see you're going to see the Black Angels next month - how is their new stuff? I kind of lost interest after the first two albums.

ahhhh no I wasn't in MI when Melvins Lite or the 2010 tour was around. I was there both time Big Biz opened, think it was like 2007-2008. Those shows were spectacular. At the end of the set when Buzzo asked us what we were upto since he was last at Small's. Then proceeded to tell us to play the lottery, because if we don't play we can't win. I thought this last show was the best though. Let It All Be really stood out. Good to see alot of kids who were just getting into them there too.

ah yes that was the 3rd time ive seen them there and easily the best. You must've seen me losing my fucking mind at the front of the stage where Dale and Jeff were. All bearded out just going postal to that set. Until they played the the first two off Lysol, at which point I had to join the mosh. Plus Dale was fucking deafening me pretty bad. Some asshole tried elbowing me out of my spot during Night Goat, hope that wasn't you. Because it didn't happen. lolololol.

There always cancelling the good shows. I'll try find time to listen to that other Miles Davis album soon. There's a Miles Davis film in the making starring Don Cheadle as Davis, could be good. I found a more earthy jazz band called Bohren & Der Club Of Gore, still not exactly what i'm searching for but it's good.

Oh right i've heard of that, i'll have to watch it. I listened to In A Silent Way, thanks again for the suggestion. I really liked it, even though it wasn't quite as earthy as i had hoped.

Yeah im sure I wont make it at this point, pisses me off reading the shoutbox.Pretty positive they'll be the full Melvins, otherwise that's false advertising. I liked freak Puke alright, but I wasn't all hot and bothered to go catch it live. My biggest regret is never seeing them with Rutmanis and David Scott Stone. I thought that was their best line up.

v that's their first album. I've always thought it was better than Judas Goats. Their last album Bad Luck came out in 2011, and its more of a crusty punkish vibe, but still fast and mean as fuck, I got really into it. But i'd reccomend It's A Shame over anything else.

Small Parts wouldn't be my total favourite either, I really love The Worldhood of the World and One! Oh and 0+2=1. All the Nomeansno albums are quite different! Maybe you'd like those ones though!
