Awesome, dude! I never saw 'em live until this year, believe it or not. They are my favorite band of all-time. I'm amazed I did not get the opportunity to see 'em. You know what is weird? I curse going on with me and getting to see Cannibal Corpse live. The first time i tried to see 'em live... I won tickets from a radio station one year, but then due to snow and no one willing to give me a ride to BB King's in NYC... I could not attend the show. In 2012, I bought a ticket to see them live at Irving Plaza in NYC... no one was willing to give me a ride... actually my ride decided to buy his ticket at the last minute and then the show got sold out. Thankfully I was able to go this year and a good 'ol friend gave me a ride... he didn't go, so I went alone. I was extremely pleased with the show.

You've probably seen them on the Through Space And Grind Tour, right? Damn, I wish they'd come over here too.. When I've seen Coroner (in original line-up) it was kind of magical, but of course they played everything slower which bummed me out on Reborn Through Hate and Masked Jackal most.. but Vetterli's work on guitar was outstanding as always. I wonder how seeing Voivod would be.. probably a very punkish vibe. I'll decide whenever i see Voivod. Both aren't usual thrash bands though. maybe that's why I like them so much. Ever checked out Watchtower? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiR7NkSmZvk

dude, I still have this struggle. Coroner or Voivod. I couldn't decide who i prefer, if i'd have to choose. I always said Coroner more often, but Voivod is definitely STILL working hard even without their old genius Piggy.. Chewy is really giving his best and his band is quite cool too.

I only saw a few people who looked like they were into metal. Everyone else looked like they were there as a fun thing to do over a Friday night. The crowd at the Maiden show in 2012 had maybe 2% older than us. Very different crowd, but a very enjoyable show. Sorry we couldn't meet up, we got there at the last Panther song.

Hey there, nice taste in metal! I agree with your recent comment on Negative Plane's page and I think it would be awesome too if this occult psychedelic extreme metal became more common, cheers.

Oh okay. I didn't watch He-Man back then and I'm not a fan of it today. I'm not so much into 80's cartoons. The only 80's cartoons I ever seriously got into was Heathcliff and the 1987/1988 TMNT series

Yup, huge fan of Sonic here. I had a few different accounts in past. It is safe to say that this is my permanent account. I feel no need to make a new account. I was DeathMetalGod, I was gonna take it again... however someone else took it and does not put it to good use. It is an account that does nothing. Thankfully I held on to DeathMetalGod on Newgrounds.

I got tickets 8th row from the front, the very back row on the left side. Tickets were selling so fast, glad I got those. Too bad no pit. JP isn't going, but me and my brother will be there. I still have your number we can meet before the show outside the venue perhaps. Might as well see the opener. Were you fast enough to get MDF early bird tix?

At The Gates was one of my favorite shows that weekend. They played a whole range from their EP and first album to mostly Slaughter of the Soul. I didn't mind the SotS songs since I've known At The Gates since 2007. In all, it was a great set and I'm glad I got to see Kingdom Gone at the end. I guess you only saw a portion of it? Them, God Macabre, and Immolation were my favorite shows.
