I tend to favor the slower paced rock like Mineral, Joie de Vivre, and Empire Empire, but Midwest Revival stuff is cool too. Yes I highly recommend that you check out S, Sadstyle in particular. It's still really emotional like Songs about Leaving, just without the grand instrumental compositions. Which in turn makes it feel rawer and sadder than Carissa's Wierd imo, I like it a lot
