Things here are ok. Decapitated and Nervecell are playing in India tomorrow and I can't go because I didn't plan it well in advance (leaves from office). I sucks to miss these two ace death metal bands! One huge news is Metallica's coming down to India the very fist time in October this year! :p INDIA is too excited about it right now! It could be the biggest gig after Maiden that India would witness! It's Sonisphere festival here that they will be headlining so we're hopeful we get other good bands!

Been an year since I returned back home (India) - I might visit States for an year in 2011 but this time in Lincoln, NE and as far as I know I won't be able to find live shows at places near by :( Orphaned Land and Dark Tranquility are coming to India in February 2011 - so those are the two shows I am looking forward to.

Katatonia is the next show for you? I want to see Orphaned Land again. The show the other night was good but Wyzt and myself went outside with some other regulars at shows after a few Enthroned songs because it got to be "meh". Majority of the crowd left after D666.

I hear that, I know that drill all too well, except I was full time student, part time work. As much as I would like to work full time this semester, my final two classes to graduate were only offered during the day so I'm stuck working half days each day while I am at school each day for a lousy one hour. I spend more time commuting to school than I do actual class time. I got a light at the end of the tunnel if everything falls into place once I'm done so I shouldn't give the impression I'm not happy with what I got going on. On the bright side being at school during the day and working half days only means more concerts I can go to by night.

most definitely, I think my favorite genres are sludge metal and post-rock. but I still listen to most of the alternative bands that I started out with before metal
