no i've never heard hip hop that wasn't in english it sounds boring since i wouldn't be able to understand it, but you can recommend me instrumental albums from russian producers or if they have albums where an american rapper raps over their beats like Jazz Liberators they're french producers and they make albums with american rappers rapping over their instrumentals. If that doesnt exist then just recommend what you were going to and i'll attempt to give it a chance.
