TAP, well, either of there last two full lengths (and hte only stuff that's easy to find, anyway) are the best shit. Coma Waering or Weighing Souls with Sand, best music ever made etc. Nadja has a much bigger, much less consistent disco. Albums to check: Touched 2007 is their most Jesu like, riffiest one, the Corrasion remake is solid and quite accessible, the first track on Bodycage is the best Nadja track and the middle one on Truth Becomes Death is up there, too. FInally, Thaumogenesis is a very very nice 60 odd minute long track that I'd highly recommend.

Oh, PhilosophicalFrog, I guess? Yeah, the JoC (and the Hillsong which is somewhere lower in the charts) just come from my occaisonal intense moments of christian-ing things up when I'm in the car/at work etc. Not quite sure why I like them, I'm not going to deny I do BUT I pretty much loathe every other CCM band and I can't rationalise why JoC are any different from the others.. Oh well. Nice charts btw, Bright Eyes excepted :P

Oh I know man, there seems to be a ton of new Anarchist Black Metal bands and Crust bands with Black Metal aesthetics. I could care less about trends or whatever but as far as this movement goes, I approve. Check out [artist]Seeds in Barren Fields[/artist]. They are a bit more late 80's Hardcore Punk than Black Metal, but their upcoming full length is supposed to be a solid Black Metal album. Also, [artist]Welkin Dusk[/artist] from Chicago.

Ravensdom are seriously one of the best Black Metal bands out there today. Good to see that they are getting (slightly) more attention.
