definitely could be. Although to me this is pretty redundant. We don't tag Megadeth differently just because they are nowhere as intense as Slayer, right? So why bother with mid-tempo crust? Okay, I can agree that bands who keep things very slow deserve this specific tag, probably... But there had been always many crust bands who played it both fast and slow. Electro Hippies were one of them. They had both ENT/Concrete Sox-like intense songs and deadly slow Hellbastard-style stuff on that album. And also a bit of blast-beat driven thrashcore.
