Does anyone have any recommendations on the noisier side of this genre?? Things like Heavier than a Death in the Family I cannot find anything as abrasive as that album in this genre and its killing me

I've gone down the psychedelic rock rabbit hole and I went a bit deep down there. Lots of amazing obscure psych. rock bands out there. Classic and modern psych. rock bands are excellent. Some recommendations for the n00bz out there: The Human Beast, Clear Light, Golden Animals, Listening, H.P. Lovecraft, The Entrance Band, The United States of America, Front Page Review, Savage Resurrection, The Amboy Dukes (Journey to the Center of the Mind album only), The Crazy World of Arthur Brown and The Freak Scene.

I recommend you to check out King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. They're a an Australian psychedelic rock band. Their most trippy stuff is their 2013-2016 albums (Float Along - Fill Your Lungs, Oddments, I'm In Your Mind Fuzz, Quarters!, Paper Mache Dream Balloon, Nonagon Infinity). Besides that, they've experimented with alot of genres (like Microtonal, Thrash Metal, Boogie Blues, Progressive rock, Progressive Jazz, Dreampop, Surf Punk, and Garage Rock) :)
