Useless and bad tag

I think that in the calculation of library percentages the term "other" is used as a meta- or rest- category for all the tags that remain under 1 % of your total library (at least in the Music Pie generator). Here however the term other has become a normal category by itself used by people to indicate a (non-)style of music. I think these two are unlinked.
