Mostly agree, however not all crust punk relies on d-beats, not even fast varieties of crust (there are usual hardcore punk skanks instead sometimes, etc). On the other hand, d-beat hardcore existed before crust punk emerged, and it was a really bad idea to subsume d-beat hardcore under crust punk genre moniker.
